Our approach to the human condition has been shaped by many philosophies, practices and principles. Within health and movement, we have combined the philosophies of the modern and the ancestral, east and west, the movement arts and performance conditioning.
The culture of SOMA is the extension of our responsibility to nourish the human experience. Through the implementation of different disciplines and principles, SOMA offers a complete resource for discovering a wide spectrum of different movement principles, recover from and prevent injury, and how to be truly healthy. We achieve this through workshops, seminars, and consultations both in person and online.
